ITINERARY

Day 1: Fly to Denizli | Aphrodisias | Pamukkale

Upon arrival at Denizli Airport, you will be met by your private guide and driver to begin your journey through the fertile valleys of Southwestern Türkiye.

Our first stop is Aphrodisias, a UNESCO World Heritage Site celebrated for its iconic marble sculptors. Walk through one of the best-preserved ancient stadiums in Asia Minor, admire the majestic Temple of Aphrodite, pass under the ornate Tetrapylon, and explore the sprawling Baths of Hadrian.

Later this afternoon, drive to Pamukkale and check into your spa hotel. Take time this evening to relax and indulge in the natural thermal mineral baths.

Day 2: Hierapolis | Laodicea | Pamukkale

Today is dedicated to exploring the rich historical and natural wonders surrounding Pamukkale. We start at the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Hierapolis, established in the 2nd century B.C. by the Kings of Pergamon as a healing sanctuary. Discover the vast necropolis, ancient baths, gymnasium, two theaters, and the well-preserved Bouleuterion.

A short drive brings us to Laodicea, an ancient metropolis on UNESCO’s Tentative List. Home to Anatolia’s largest stadium, Laodicea features two magnificent theaters, five sprawling agoras, ancient bath complexes, and early Christian churches. After a full day of exploring return to the spa hotel for dinner and a restful evening. Just make sure to catch the sunset over the dazzling, snow-white travertine terraces—it’s an unforgettable view.

Day 3: Kibyra | Burdur Archaeology Museum | Ağlasun

Depart Pamukkale this morning to explore one of Türkiye’s most extraordinary off-the-beaten-path treasures: the 2,300-year-old ancient city of Kibyra, perched high in the hills. Free from major tour crowds, Kibyra impresses visitors with its 10,400-seat stadium, dynamic Odeon featuring an intricate Medusa mosaic floor, Roman baths, and underground chamber tombs.

Next, visit the Burdur Archaeology Museum, home to a remarkable collection of ancient statues, coins, and artifacts excavated from nearby sites, including Sagalassos. Continue through scenic countryside to the mountain village of Ağlasun.

Day 4: Mountain Ruins of Sagalassos | Coastal Antalya

Drive high into the Western Taurus Mountains to explore Sagalassos, another spectacular off-the-beaten-path highlight and one of Pisidia’s most significant ancient cities. Nestled 5,000 feet above sea level, extensive excavations have uncovered monumental fountains (Antonine Nymphaeum), mosaic-paved libraries, grand temples, and wealthy residential quarters framed by views of the valley below.

After absorbing the breathtaking mountain vistas, descend to the Mediterranean coast, where we check-in to our charming hotel in the heart of old Antalya for two-nights.

Day 5: Perge | Aspendos | Antalya

Begin the day with an excursion to Perge, an ancient city renowned for its grand colonnaded streets, monumental Hellenistic gates, Roman baths, and vast stadium.

Continue to Aspendos to view what is widely considered the best-preserved ancient Roman theater in the world. Test the remarkable acoustic design from the upper tier before exploring the colossal Roman aqueducts nearby. Enjoy an evening stroll through historic Kaleiçi or along the Konyaaltı Beach Park promenade, taking in the views of the Taurus Mountains rising dramatically beside the sea. Dinner is on your own.

Day 6: Homeward Departure

After breakfast, check out of your hotel and transfer to Antalya Airport for your short domestic flight to Istanbul International Airport (IST), connecting directly to your international departure flight home.
