DETAILED ITINERARY

Day 1: Arrival in Bodrum & Gulet Embarkation

Meet your private driver and expert host outside baggage claim at Bodrum Airport (BJV) for a private Mercedes transfer to the harbor. Board your luxury gulet at 3:00 PM, settle into your private stateroom, and enjoy a welcome refreshment on deck with your captain and crew.

  • Overnight: Private cove anchor or Bodrum Marina.
  • Meals: Dinner

 

Day 2: Ancient Knidos & Palamutbükü

Sail across the Gulf of Gökova toward the tip of the Datça Peninsula. Arrive at Knidos, where the Aegean and Mediterranean Seas meet. Take a private late-afternoon walk through 4th-century BCE ruins, two ancient theaters, and the remains of the Temple of Aphrodite. Continue to Palamutbükü Bay for an evening swim and sunset dinner on deck.

Day 3: Aktur Bay & The Fjord of Bencik

Day 4: Emel Sayın Bay, Orhaniye & Selimiye

Start with an early morning dip in the turquoise waters of Emel Sayın Bay. Cruise into Orhaniye Bay to walk along the unique underwater sandbar at Kızkumu Beach, then dock overnight in the village of Selimiye, known for its boutique craft shops and waterfront seafood taverns.

Day 5: Dirsekbükü Bay & Bozburun

Anchor in Dirsekbükü, a horseshoe bay renowned for its calm, emerald water. Continue to Bozburun, the historic center of traditional Turkish gulet shipyards. Stroll through quiet coastal lanes and meet local master craftsmen preserving ancient boatbuilding traditions.

Day 6: Serçe Harbour & Ancient Loryma (Bozukkale)

Sail to Serçe Harbour, the historic site where an 11th-century Byzantine glass shipwreck was discovered. Cruise onward to Bozukkale (ancient Loryma) and hike to the hilltop fortress ruins for sweeping sunset views over the Aegean before anchoring under the stars.

Day 7: Arap Island, Kadırga Bay & Marmaris

Enjoy a morning swim at Arap Island, sitting on the boundary between the Aegean and Mediterranean. Cruise through Kadırga Bay before docking at Marmaris. Take a private evening tour through the cobblestone old town and the historic Castle of Suleiman the Magnificent.

Day 8: Dalyan River, Lycian Rock Tombs & Kaunos

Board a private, shade-covered riverboat at Ekincik Gulf to glide through the reed waterways of Dalyan. View the dramatic 4th-century BCE Lycian royal rock tombs carved into the cliffside, explore the Roman theater at Kaunos, and pass İztuzu Beach—a protected nesting site for loggerhead sea turtles (Caretta caretta).

Day 9: Tersane Island, Sunken Baths & Red Island

Day 11: Fethiye Excursion: Kayaköy Ghost Village & Lycian Capital

Arrive early in Fethiye Harbor and depart with your private guide and driver for an overland exploration:

  • Kayaköy: Walk through the haunting stone streets and abandoned churches of this historical Greek village, preserved since the 1923 population exchange.
  • Xanthos: Tour the monumental tombs and Roman theater at the ancient capital of the Lycian Federation.
  • Optional Extensions: Visit the sandy beach at Patara or hike into Saklıkent Gorge.

Day 14: Kara Ada (Black Island) & Bodrum Departure

Sail toward Kara Ada (Black Island) at the entrance of Bodrum Harbor. Enjoy a final breakfast on deck and a dip in the turquoise waters of Poyraz Bay.

Disembark at Bodrum Marina at 10:00 AM.

Meet your driver and guide for a final morning excursion to Bodrum Castle (Castle of St. Peter) and the renowned Museum of Underwater Archaeology.

Transfer directly to Bodrum Airport (BJV) for your onward flight home. End of services.
